Authorities Said Witnesses Claim Two Motorcycles Were Traveling At A High Rate Of Speed When Malone’s Bike Struck A Car Driven By Phil Carter. 18 Year Old Corey Turner, The Driver Of The Other Motorcycle Was Able To Avoid The Crash But Hit The Shoulder Of The Road. He Was Taken To A Local Hospital For Treatment Of Non Life Threatening Injuries. The Crash Is Still Under Investigation And No Charges Have Been Filed At This Time.
An Elizabethton Native And Senior Pastor Of An Alabama Church Is Facing A Murder Charge. Terry Greer Is Charged With Murder And Attempted Murder After Allegedly Killing His Wife Lisa And Wounding His Daughter Suzanna Following A Domestic Violence Shooting In His Gardendale Alabama Home. Greer Is In Stable Condition At A Hospital Being Treated For Self Inflicted Stab Wounds. Greer Had Reportedly Been Inactive In The Gardendale Church For Several Months Because Of Health Problems And Injuries Suffered In An Accident.

Shawn Lee Wray Entered The Plea To Aggravated Child Rape And Aggravated Child Abuse Charges. Police Said The Child Sustained A Severe Skull Fracture And Injuries Indicative Of Sexual Abuse.
