A Hawkins County Grand Jury Has Decided Not To File Any Criminal Charges After A Newborn Baby Was Found Dead In A Garbage Can At A Mount Carmel Home Nearly Six Months Ago. The Tennessee Bureau Of Investigating Looked Into The Child’s Death, But The Probe Could Not Establish If The Child Had Been Born Alive. The Baby’s Father, 36 Year Old Joseph Condrey, Found The Remains In The Garbage Of His Valley Crest Road Home. They Were Taken For An Autopsy, But A Cause Of Death Could Not Be Determined. The Mother, 35 Year Old Kathryn Condrey, Will Not Face Any Charges.
