A Convicted Kingsport Sex Offender Has Been Arrested After Reportedly Lurking At A School. 58 Year Old Kim Patrick Murphy, Who’s Been Convicted Multiple Times For Indecent Exposure, Is Charged With Violation Of The Sex Offender Registry. He Was Taken Into Custody After Allegedly Being Found On The Grounds Of Ross N. Robinson Middle School In Kingsport Which Violated The Conditions Of His Community Supervision. Murphy Was Booked Into The City Jail. He Will Appear In Court Soon.
