No Charges Will Be Filed Against A Greene County Bus Driver In Connection A Fatal School Bus Crash On April 12th. 62 Year Old Ronnie Whitson Was Driving The Bus That Ran Over 12 Year Old Austin Baughard, A Chuckey Doak Middle School Student. He Was Killed While Approaching The School Bus That Had Just Picked Up His Sister On Holder Road. The Tennessee Highway Patrol Said The Investigation Revealed That Baughard Was Suspended From Riding The School Bus When The Accident Occurred.
