The Kingsport Fire Department Will Receive A 39-Thousand 600 Dollar Assistance To Firefighter’s Grant From The Federal Emergency Management Agency. The Money Will Be Used To Distributing Duel Sensor Smoke Alarms And Hearing Impaired Alarms To High Risk Groups In The Model City. Since 2001, Afg Has Helped Firefighters To Obtain Critically Needed Equipment To Protect The Public And Emergency Personnel From Fire And Related Hazards.
