The Kingsport Housing And Redevelopment Authority Is Set To Receive 300-Thousand Dollars In Federal Grant Money. The Funding, Which Is From The U.S. Department Of Housing And Urban Development Will Be Used For The Revitalization Of Lee Apartments And The Midtown Neighborhood, Which Is Located Along Sevier Avenue And Dale Street Near The Salvation Army. Kingsport Is One Of 46 Cities Across The Nation To Be Chosen For This Grant Program.
