The Tennessee Department Of Transportation Has Set New Public Hearing Dates For Input On Proposed Improvements To State Route 126 From The East Center Street Intersection To Interstate 81. The Project Could Cost An Estimated 120-Million Dollars. Two Hearings Are Set For November 15th Regarding A Draft Environmental Impact Statement. The Hearings Will Be Held November 15th At 11am At The Kingsport Civic Auditorium And At 5:30pm That Same Day At Indian Springs Baptist Church.
