The Fbi Has Confirmed About A Dozen Of Its Agents Were At A Greeneville Home Collecting Evidence In The Back Yard Of A Residence On Rainbow Circle. Special Agent Kevin Keithly With The Johnson City Fbi Office Said The Investigation Involves A Civil Rights Matter Surrounding The Shooting Of A 15-Year Old Male. In June 2006, Four Males Reportedly Broke Into A Home On Jim Fox Road, Taped The Hands Of Two Men At The Home, And Physically Assaulted Them. Three Of The Suspects Fled To A Home On Rainbow Circle, Where The Fbi Paid A Visit. Keithly Said The Investigation Involves An Officer With The Greene County Sheriff’s Office.
