Rogersville Leaders Had A Chance To Get A Look At The First Proposed Ordinances For Liquor By The Drink And Package Store Licenes. Both Proposals Were Drafted By City Attorney Bill Phillips. City Leaders Will Study Both Proposed Ordinances And Meet Again November 29th To Discuss Further Ideas For The Final Proposals.
