Is Charged With Selling Misbranded Drugs, Mail Fraud And Five Counts Of Health Care Fraud. There Were No Reports Of Any Patient Being Harmed. If Convicted, Harshbarger Faces Up To 20 Years In Federal Prison And A Fine Up To 250-Thousand Dollars.
