A Johnson City Organization That Provides Free Medical Care To People Who Cannot Afford It Is Closing Its Doors. Non-Profit, Project Access Will Be Open Until The End Of The Year. Officials Said Donations Were Down This Year And Grants Are Non Existent. According To Director Aubrey Everhart, Without Funding The Agency Cannot Stay In Business.
