The Federal Government Claims Dr. William Kincaid Of Mcleod Cancer And Blood Center Was Responsible For Ordering 2- Million Dollars Worth Of Cancer Medications In 2008 From A Company Named QSP. The Drugs Cost Less Than The Clinic Was Paying From FDA-Approved Suppliers In The U.S. The Drugs Were Ordered Once Again In 2009 And Had Them Mingled In With FDA Approved Drugs. Dr. Kincaid Allegedly Aided And Abetted Others To Obtain The Misbranded Drugs With The Intent To Defraud And Mislead.
