Johnson City Employees Could End Up Paying Lower Annual Membership Fees At The New Taxpayer-Financed Memorial Park Community Center. As Much As A 30 Percent Drop Could Come If City Leaders Approve A One Age Proposal Tonight By The Parks And Recreation Department. The 15-Million Dollar, 67-Thousand Square Foot Center Across From City Hall Is Being Funded By General Obligation Bonds Through The City’s General Fund.
