The Kingsport Board Of Mayor And Alderman Has Given Approval To The Economic Development Board To Move Forward With An Agreement With Local Developer Stewart Taylor To Develop The Tri-Cities Landing Property. Under The Agreement, The Development Board Will Have A One-Year Option To Purchase Approximately 17 Acres Of The Land At The Intersection Of Interstates 26 And 81. The Purchase Price Would Be For 5.95 Million Dollars.
