A Washington County Tennessee Grand Jury Has Indicted A Man Accused Of Causing A Vehicular Crash That Claimed The Life Of His Girlfriend. 21 Year Old Brandon Pickering Is Charged With Vehicular Homicide In The Death Of Brittany Hankal. Pickering Crashed His Vehicle On Telford New Victory Road In May. A Toxicology Test Indicated Pickering Had Been Drinking Prior To The Crash. He’s Free On A 100-Thousand Dollars Bond And Is Expected To Appear In Court Later This Month.
