A Hamblen County Man Is Facing Multiple Charges After An Incident At A Johnson City Nightspot. 30 Year Old Matthew Drinnon Of Whitesburg Is Charged With Aggravated Domestic Assault, Resisting Arrest, And Public Intoxication. The Charges Stem From An Alleged Incident At Electric Cowboy On North Roan Street. Drinnon Is Accused Of Choking A Female Victim At The Bar. Police Said He Was Intoxicated And Resisted Arrest. Drinnon Is Being Held In The Washington County Detention Center Under A 16-Thousand Dollar Bond.
