Washington County Virginia Prosecutors Say They Will Seek The Death Penalty For A Man Accused Of Double Homicide Last January. A Grand Jury Indicted 21 Year Old Cody Young In The Death Of His Stepfather, Donald Wayne Heath, And First Degree Murder In The Death Of His Stepfather’s Girlfriend, Karen Lynn Mckibben. Young And 25 Year Old Stephanie Molino Are Also Charged With Robbery And Arson. They’re Accused Of Killing Mckibben And Then Setting Fire To Her Abingdon Apartment. Heath’s Body Was Found Along The Side Of The Road In The Cherokee National Forest In Sullivan County. Young And Molino Are Being Held Without Bond At The Southwest Virginia Regional Jail In Abingdon. A Trial Date Is Set For March 6th.
