A Kingsport Caregiver Is Facing Felony Theft Charges. 32 Year Old Misty Michelle Hutchins Is Charged With Theft Over 1-Thousand Dollars And Theft Under 500 Dollars. She’s Accused Of Stealing Jewelry And Money From An Elderly Bedridden Kingsport Resident She Was Hired To Care For. More Than 7-Thousand Dollars Worth Of Jewelry And Cash Had Disappeared From The Victim’s Residence In The Lynn Garden Community. Police Found A Receipt For A Wedding Band Belonging To The Elderly Woman Indicating It Had Been Sold At Gold Rush On Fort Henry Drive. Hutchins Was Booked Into The City Jail. She Will Appear In Court Soon.
