Kingsport Leaders Have Approved The Next Step In Building A Connector Between Stone Drive And Netherland Inn Road At Ridgefields Road. That Step Is To Conduct An In-Depth Study That Aims To Identify Alternatives To Link The Two Roadways. Past Studies On Possible Connections Were Done In The 1970s And 2001. The Project Could Cost Around 4.8 Million Dollars.
