Work Is Underway On The New Elizabethton-Carter County Animal Shelter. It’s Being Built On Sycamore Shoals Drive, The Same Road As The Current Location. The City And County Have Been Planning To Construct The New Facility For About Ten Years. The New Animal Shelter Should Be Finished By This Summer.
