Two Church Hill Aldermen Have Shot Down The City’s Proposed Ordinance Regulating Liquor-By-The-Drink. City Residents Approved A Referendum For Liquor-By-The-Drink In The November Election And Now The City Must Setup Local Options. Two Aldermen Were Absent This Week, While Two Other Aldermen Cast No Votes. This Left Too Few Votes To Take Action With Moving Forward On The Resolution. The Matter Must Once Again Be Voted On At A Future Meeting.
