A Vansant Virginia Man Wanted On An Outstanding Warrant Has Been Located In Johnson City. Johnson City Police Said They Were Notified By Buchanan County Police That David Adam Willis Was In The Area. He Is Charged With Being A Fugitive From Justice. Willis Was Taken Into Custody And Transported To The Washington County Detention Center. A Preliminary Hearing Will Take Place Soon. Extradiction Proceedings Are Underway To Return Him To The Commonwealth To Face Burglary, Grand Larceny, And Receiving Stolen Property Charges Out Of Buchanan County, Virginia.
