The Former Owners Of A Smoke Shop In Kingsport Have Pled Guilty In U.S. District Court In Greeneville To Drug And Money Charges In Connection With Selling Synthetic Drugs And Attempting To Shelter Thousands Of Dollars From The Internal Revenue Service. Jason Catoe And His Half-Brother Kory Wiesner Have Pled Guilty To Structuring Currency Transactions To Evade Reporting Requirements. Catoe Also Pled Guilty To Possession Of Schedule One Drugs With Intent To Distribute. The Charges Stem From Incidents That Occurred When They Operated The Ultimate Smoke Shop In March 2011. Wiesner’s Scheduled To Appear In Federal Court Again March 11th. Catoe’s Next Court Appearance Hasn’t Been Set Yet.
