A Kingsport Man Has Been Charged With Assaulting His Pregnant Girlfriend. 40 Year Old Christopher Hughes Is Charged With Aggravated Domestic Assault. He’s Accused Of Placing A Pillow Over The Woman Who’s Seven Months Pregnant At Model City Apartments. Witnesses Reportedly Saw Hughes Push Her To The Floor. Hughes Was Gone From The Apartment Before Police Arrived, But Was Captured The Next Day. In Addition To The Assault Charges, Hughes Faces Numerous Drug Charges And Driving On A Revoked License.
