A Single Vehicle Crash Has Claimed The Life Of A Russell County Virginia Man. According To Virginia State Police, 22 Year Old James Hess Of Swords Creek Was Traveling On State Route 632 Near Route 67 Yesterday Morning When His Vehicle Ran Off The Roadway, Went Over An Embankment And Landed Upside Down In A Creek. Investigators Attribute Icy Road Conditions For The Cause And Deemed The Crash Storm-Related.
