East Tennessee State University Has Announced The Cost Of Funding A Football Program. University Officials Said In 2015, Football Will Cost 3.4 Million Dollars. In 2016, That Cost Is Expected To Climb To Just Over 4.1 Million. The University Is Hoping To Offset The Expense With 2.8 Million Dollars Per Year Generated From Student Fees. The Tennessee Board Of Regents Will Have To Vote On A Student Fee Increase At The End Of This Month.
