The Virginia Board Of Medicine Has Issued Reprimands Against Three Physicians Accused Of Pre-Signing Multiple Blank Prescriptions For A Nursing Home. The Board Issued The Reprimands In June 2012 Against Dr. Bradley Goad, Dr. Vanessa Fant And Physician Assistant, Lee Thompson. All Three Signed Consent Orders With The Virginia Board Of Medicine, Which Stipulate They Admit To The Board’s Findings Of Fact. Their Licenses Were Not Revoked Or Suspended.
