A northeast Tennessee lawmaker has cast the deciding vote against a proposal to loosen wine sale laws in Tennessee. Matthew Hill, a Jonesborough republican cast the vote that resulted in the proposal failing by a single vote in a House committee. However, supporters hope they can revive it.
