The Elizabethton City Council Will Interview Two City Manager Finalists. The Two Remaining Candidates For The City Manager’s Job Will Be Interviewed On Friday. Melissa Peagler, A Senior Planner With The City Of Morristown Since 2004, And Jerome Kitchens Who Is Elizabethton’s Financial Director And Who Has Served As Interim City Manager Since January Will Be Interviewed For The Post. Meanwhile, The Final Two Candidates Will Be Interviewed On March 21st.
