Effective Monday, March 18th, Parking Will No Longer Be Allowed Along Jefferson Drive In Bristol, Virginia. According To Assistant City Manager Tabitha Crowder, Jefferson Drive Has Become A Popular Overflow Parking Area For Those Attending Special Events At Virginia High School. She Explained That Parking Along The Thoroughfare Presented Safety Issues By Impeding Accessibility To The Area By Police, Fire, And Rescue Vehicles.
