A Johnson City Man Is Facing A Felony Charge Following An Altercation With His Girlfriend. 28 Year Old Brandon Rice Is Charged With Aggravated Domestic Assault. The Charge Stems From An Incident On Delaware Drive In Which Officers Were Dispatched To A Report Of A Domestic Dispute. Upon Arrival, Officers Were Advised That Rice Has Assaulted His 27 Year Old Girlfriend. He Was Located At The Residence Asleep On The Coach. Rice Is Currently Being Held In The Washington County Detention Center Under A 20-Thousand Dollar Bond. He Will Appear In Washington County General Sessions Court Later This Week.
