Mountain States Medical Group Will Open The First Urgent Care Facility In Colonial Heights On Monday. The Facility Is Located On Fort Henry Drive Between Jiffy Lube And Kingsport Fire Department Number Six. The Colonial Heights Location Will Offer Treatment Of Minor Illnesses And Injuries To The Area. It Is Also An Official Medworks Site Offering Dot Physicals, Sports Physicals With Lab And X-Ray Services Available On-Site. The New Office Will Be Open From 8 A.M. To 8 P.M. Weekdays, And From8 A.M. To 6 P.M. On Saturday And Sunday.
