- Eligibility
This contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Holston Valley Broadcasting Corporation (HVBC), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Partners in this promotion include Breeze Airways, Tri-Cities Regional Airport, and Washington Dulles International Airport. Employees of partners are also not eligible to participate
- Prize Description
The prize consists of two (2) round-trip tickets on Breeze Airways from Tri-Cities Regional Airport (Blountville, TN) (TRI) to Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD) (Washington, D.C.). The prize covers airfare only. As described in further detail below, the prize does not include upgrades, baggage fees, onboard purchases, ground transportation, lodging, meals, or any other incidental expenses. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for another prize. Limit one prize per household or family per 30 days across all WTFM contests.
- Travel Terms
All travel is subject to airline availability, scheduling, and applicable restrictions. If the winner cannot travel on the designated dates or fails to meet travel requirements, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Winner and travel companion(s) must travel on the same itinerary and possess all required identification and travel documents. Prize value may vary depending on travel dates and availability. Neither WTFM nor Breeze Airways shall be responsible for missed flights, late arrivals, or cancellations once travel arrangements are confirmed.
Ten total winners will each win a roundtrip nice bundle for them and up to two (2) designated travel companions to travel on Breeze Airways from TRI Cities Regional Airport (TRI) to Washington-Dulles International Airport (IAD). “Nice” Bundle Prize Terms: The winner will be eligible to book a total of two (2) “Nice” bundles for roundtrip travel for themselves and a travel companion between TRI and IAD, with travel starting no earlier than December 1, 2025, and all travel being completed no later than March 10, 2026; provided, that the prize excludes any flights departing during the following periods: December 20, 2025 through and including December 24, 2025; and December 26, 2025 through and including January 6, 2026. Any additional amenities will be available to purchase at an additional cost. The designated companion must be 18 years of age or older, unless the winner is the parent/legal guardian of such companion. The winner must travel with their designated companion on the same flight. To redeem flights, a request must be sent to the designated email address provided to the winner at least two (2) business days before the expected date of travel. Standard seating is subject to availability on all flights requested. BreezePoints will not be earned on the “Nice” bundles. The actual value of the “Nice” bundles will depend on the selected departure dates. The winner will not be awarded any difference between the actual and estimated retail value of their prize, if any. Once a “Nice” bundle is reserved, changes cannot be made to reserved travel without the approval of Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Other Travel Prize Terms: Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply. Travel on Breeze is subject to space availability and blackout dates. All travel is subject to the Breeze Contract of Carriage. Sponsor iReleased Parties ares not responsible for flight cancellations, weather conditions or any other circumstance beyond its control, or for inability of winner to travel in accordance with these Official Rules or the Breeze Contract of Carriage. Winners are responsible for booking any transportation or other products or services associated with the redemption of Breeze Airways™ flights. All other expenses and costs not expressly stated in the applicable prize description above including, but not limited to, transportation between a winner’s home and the airport, ground transportation, lodging, meals, beverages, incidentals, taxes, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airline or airport fees, service charges, security fees, facility charges, gratuities, optional excursions and purchases made in connection with the redemption of Breeze Airways™ flights are solely the winner’s responsibility. Released Parties (defined below) are not responsible if any travel provided by Breeze Airways™ is delayed, postponed, or canceled for any reason, in which event that portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation, postponement or delay of any redeemed travel. BreezePoints bookings do not include taxes, fees, and other government/airport charges of at least $5.60 per one-way flight.
- Taxes and Documentation
Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize. Winners of prizes valued at $600 or more will be issued an IRS Form 1099. Winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within 15 days of receipt or the prize will be forfeited.
- Contest Entry and Selection
Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. on the final day of contest registration. Winners will be selected on or around the following business day and notified by telephone and/or email. Online contest winners will be randomly selected unless otherwise specified. Decisions of the judges and WTFM management are final and binding in all matters relating to this contest.
- Winner Notification and Prize Claim
WTFM will make all reasonable efforts to contact winners using the information provided. If the winner cannot be contacted within 30 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of winner notification. Failure to claim within this period will result in forfeiture.
- Publicity Release
By participating, entrants grant WTFM, Holston Valley Broadcasting Corporation, and its partners the right to use their names, voices, and likenesses for promotional or advertising purposes without additional compensation.
- General Conditions
By participating in the contest, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and by all decisions of WTFM, which are final and binding. WTFM reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the contest at any time without prior notice. Any rule changes will become effective upon announcement on-air or online.
- Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release WTFM, Holston Valley Broadcasting Corporation, Breeze Airways, Tri-Cities Regional Airport, Washington Dulles International Airport, their affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and employees from any and all liability, damages, losses, injuries, or misfortunes arising from participation in the contest or use/misuse of the prize.
- Technical Issues
WTFM is not responsible for entries not received due to technical issues, website maintenance, internet outages, telephone or computer malfunctions, or other issues beyond its control.
- Force Majeure
WTFM shall be excused from contest obligations if performance is delayed or prevented due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, government actions, or natural disasters.
- Winner List
For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: WTFM Winners List, 222 Commerce Street, Kingsport, TN 37660. Include the name of the contest. Please allow 4–6 weeks for delivery.
- Data Collection
All contest entries are automatically added to WTFM’s Loyal Listener database. By entering, participants agree to receive occasional newsletter emails. Participants may opt out at any time. Each entrant also consents to receive marketing and SMS notifications from Breeze Airways in accordance with their Privacy Notice available at www.flybreeze.com/privacy and Washington Dulles International Airport.
